Tasting notes

Golden yellow colour accompanied by an attractive metallic effect, with a combination of fine, uniform bubbles. Tropical aromas predominated by mango. Sweet, light and persistent on the palate, with well-balanced acidity. The product can be used in cocktails, as an aperitif or alongside desserts.
