On the nose, the product reveals blackberry, ripe plum, sweet spice and gentle balsamic notes. On the palate, it is enveloping, balanced and well-rounded. It is a great companion to stews, rice dishes and braised meat, convincing alongside young or semi‑cured cheeses, and outstanding with both white and red meats — grilled, on the griddle or barbecued.
