This Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine, crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes, presents a delicate pale straw-yellow colour and fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, it displays aromatic elegance marked by white flowers, citrus peel, and green apple, accompanied by subtle notes of brioche and toasted bread. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with lively acidity that balances the fruit and a creamy texture that adds depth.
