Tasting notes

An elegant and refined Cava of premium quality. Crafted using the traditional method and a meticulous selection of Chardonnay grapes from the finest plots, this sparkling wine is aged for a minimum of 15 months, with an additional 3 months in barrel. On the nose, it reveals tropical fruit aromas interwoven with subtle hints of brioche. The palate is complex and well-balanced, offering a creamy, enveloping texture, fine and persistent bubbles, and a smoothness that harmonises the vibrant acidity with the wine’s expressive fruit character.
