From the selection of raw materials to the final disgorgement, each stage of the process is carried out with the objective of producing cavas that reflect the origin and savoir-faire of this Winery.

Crafted from 100% Macabeo grapes, this cava presents intense aromas of ripe white fruit with a slightly honeyed background. On the palate, it displays great freshness with predominant sweet flavours that soften the acidity, leaving a pleasant indulgent sensation that is perfectly balanced by the smoothness of fine bubbles. Ideal to accompany fruit tarts, creamy cheeses, traditional pastries, foie gras, or as a welcome drink.
