Tasting notes

This Chardonnay displays a pale golden yellow hue and delicate aromas of white fruits such as pear and apple, complemented by a subtle mineral note. It offers a vibrant acidity, well-rounded on the palate, with a notably long and elegant finish. An ideal pairing for seafood dishes, sushi or sashimi, soft cheeses, and white fish.
