Tasting notes

Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this rosé has a very pale pink and orange colour. On the nose, it offers intense notes of red fruit and fine herbs. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a lasting, slightly milky impression and an elegant aftertaste. Ideal to pair with sushi, ceviche, fruit salads, chicken and pasta.
