Torre Oria Shiraz Varietal

The Torre Oria Varietals range has been created with the objective of offering single-varietal wines that express the authenticity and distinctive character of each grape variety. This proposition is crafted with meticulous care and attention to detail throughout the entire winemaking process. Through careful selection of grapes and an oenological process guided by the principle of preserving the varietal identity, the result is a numbered range of well-constructed wines under the Winery’s brand.

Tasting notes

This wine displays an intense, brilliant violet-red colour that captures the hues of our terroir. On the nose, it reveals aromas of ripe red fruit, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, complemented by smoky notes and chocolate. It stands out for its silky, velvety tannic structure, which provides great breadth and a long finish. Aged for 9 months in barrel, it pairs ideally with roasts, red meat, game, and mature cheeses.
