Tasting notes

Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes selected during early harvest, this cava displays an elegant golden rosé colour and is characterised by its aroma of red and tropical fruits, with a light and subtle vanilla background. On the palate, it presents good acidity, vibrant and silky body, leaving a touch of red fruits with a very light lactic note on the finish. It pairs perfectly with carpaccios, sashimi, ceviches, delicate risottos, fresh pasta, or creamy cheeses.
