The Berberana range of cavas is crafted following the traditional method, with a secondary fermentation in the bottle and a subsequent ageing period of at least 12 months, in the silence and darkness of our cellars.
Tasting notes
An elegant lemon-yellow in colour. On the nose, it expresses a fresh and delicate citrus bouquet. On the palate, it is well-balanced, with fine bubbles, culminating in a pleasant finish. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
