Tasting notes

Dark pink colour accompanied by an attractive metallic effect, with a combination of fine, uniform bubbles. Aroma of red fruits, particularly raspberry and strawberry. Sweet, light and persistent on the palate, with a well-balanced acidity. The product can be used in cocktails, as an aperitif and alongside desserts.
